I respect that ATT does not service the Los Angeles area, I moved cuz Verizon is much more expensive, cheaper phone plan starts at $ 20 per month and activation costs $ 46! ! They are ready to remove the activation fee, unless your phone plan for $ 70/month. Other ideas on how I can get to trial? Of the 46 who say that 23 is a mandetory tax and the other is 23 your price is.

Never a fee for the activation of one is required. I do not know all the service providers offer free local calls activation, in contrast to the cellular phone provider.
